Welcome to Ebenezer Royal! Here's how to get started:

Create an Account
Register as a User (free) or Agent (paid). Provide your details and verify your email.

Complete Your Profile
Add your profile picture, contact information, and location.

Browse Properties
Search for properties, businesses, or services using our filters.

Make a Booking
Found something you like? Send a booking request to the owner.

For Agents: List Properties
After payment, you can list your properties and manage bookings.

Account Management
Go to the login page and click "Forgot Password". Enter your email and we'll send you a reset link.
Log in and go to your dashboard. Click on the edit icon next to your name or use the profile settings.
Contact our support team at support@ebenezer.co.tz with your account details and reason for deletion.
Payment Information
We accept M-PESA, TigoPesa, Airtel Money, HaloPesa, and AzamPesa via USSD push.
After you initiate payment, our system automatically checks the payment status every 5 seconds. You don't need to click anything - we'll redirect you to your dashboard once the payment is confirmed!
- Normal Agent: TZS 10,000 per year
- Premium Agent: TZS 20,000 per year
Property Listings
Agents can list properties from their dashboard. Click "Add Property" and fill in the details. The property will be reviewed by admins before going live.
Property approvals typically take 24-48 hours. You'll receive a notification once approved.
Verification Levels
Requirements:
- House rent: Standard rental agreement
- House sale: Local government sale agreement
- Business: TRA Certificate, Tax Clearance
- Technician: Certificate of completion
Requirements:
- House rent: Standard rental agreement

- Business: Business License, Tax Clearance, TRA Certificate
- Technician: Certificate, Work Experience Certificate
Requirements:
- House rent: Full ownership documents
- House sale: Title Deed (Hati mmiliki)
- Business: BRELA Documents (2), Business License, TRA Certificate, Tax Clearance
- Technician: Certificate, Work Certificate, Experience Certificate
Frequently Asked Questions
Yes, but payment requires a Tanzanian phone number for USSD push. If you're outside, contact us for alternative arrangements.
You won't be able to log in. Check your inbox and spam folder for the verification email, or use the "Resend Email" option.
